How to Email your Contacts

Sending emails to your customers, party guests and hosts is an effective and personal way to share information about your business, such as give back or current promotions (ex. inform your contacts about the “Toast to the Host” offer). Here’s how to export your contacts from Back Office, and email them in your email client. 

1. Log in to your Back Office:

2. Under General Tools, click “Contact Export

3. Click the “Download Contacts” button on the far right. This will export an Excel document with your contacts to your computer called “ContactsExport.csv

4. Here, select and copy the email addresses you would like to email

5. Create a new email message and paste these email addresses in the BCC. This will conceal the recipients you are emailing from the other recipients, so they can only reply to you.
